Garden Terrace

The ground-floor apartment of the house in Solanas, made for living outside: a walled garden terrace, bougainvillea, a covered veranda, a wood-fired stone oven and a masonry barbecue for slow dinners.

You catch glimpses of the sea from the terrace, and Solanas beach is about four minutes on foot. There is a dedicated private parking space.

Good to know

  • Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Self check-in with a key box.
  • The house is at the end of a small private road: before you arrive we send photos so it is easy to find.
  • As Italian law requires, we ask for the guests' ID documents before arrival.
  • Cagliari airport is about 45 minutes by car, Villasimius about 12, Cagliari about 40.
  • There is a second holiday apartment upstairs (Sea View).
