Who is responsible

The data controller is Michele Tuveri, who runs the Lentiscu homes. For any request: info@lentiscu.it.

What this site collects

This site is made of static pages: it has no forms, accounts, cookies of its own, analytics or advertising. Like any website, the server hosting it logs each request for technical and security reasons (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser). These logs are used only to run and protect the site and are deleted periodically.

Booking with Lodgify

The booking box and search bar are provided by Lodgify (Codebay Solutions Ltd), the system we use for bookings and payments. When you open a page with these boxes, your browser connects to Lodgify's servers, which receive your IP address. The box stores a single technical cookie (_ldgfy_c6y) with your chosen currency and, in local storage, which page sent you to the booking. They are not used to profile you, so we do not ask for consent. If you go on to book, the details you enter are processed by us and by Lodgify to manage your stay; Lodgify's checkout page has its own cookie notice.

Maps

The "Directions" links open Google Maps in a new tab. This site does not load embedded maps.

Guest data

Italian law (art. 109 TULPS) requires us to report guests' ID details to the police through the Alloggiati Web portal, and to send the statistics required by the Region of Sardinia. We keep this data only as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, or object to its processing, by writing to info@lentiscu.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
